Coat Trees

When some folks say "coat rack" they're thinking of what we call a coat tree.  Coat trees are also known as coat stands or costumers. 

So many names for a simple solution!  Whatever you call them, these are perfect for smaller workspaces or public areas.  They save space, taking up only a small area. 

Their only disadvantage is the flip side of what makes them great.  Because of their limited size, they usually only hold from four to eight coats, with a few larger exceptions.  Still, for many situations, they're perfect.

If you're looking for a freestanding coat rack that can hold more coats than these, you may prefer the standing coat racks.

If you want the minimum in floor footprint but the maximum in capacity, you might consider wall mounted coat racks.
