Magnuson Coat Rack DDF-5H - 60 Inch - Free Standing - Double Sided - Hanger Rods

This is the DDF-5H, the 60" model of Magnuson Group's line of double-sided free standing coat racks. If this is a bit larger than you need, you may prefer the 36" or 48" versions. 

All DDF coat racks have a steel frame and shelf, powder coated in your choice of Black, Gray, or Sandstone. The steel shelf may be specified to be aluminum with a clear anodized finish, for an upcharge. 

The stainless steel hanger rods are 1" in diameter.

Please note: this 60" unit is at the limit of free standing coat racks without additional brackets.  If you choose this size, it should not be overloaded with hangers or the hanger rod may be subject to a slight bowing.  No, it's not going to break, but it may deflect if overloaded.  It's something that can happen with all 60" free standing coat racks that use hanger rods.  It's not a flaw, it's physics.  The recommended capacity is 5 coats per foot.  If your intent is to load this down as much as you can, please choose a wall-mounted coat rack with brackets. 

The image shows a DDF with the optional double-wheel locking casters, spacer bar, and shock braces, however, these coat racks ordinarily come with glides.  Bottom spacer bars and shock braces are not needed with glides, since the rack isn't going to be rolling across parking lots and slamming into thresholds with carefree abandon. Magnuson designed these coat racks for commercial spaces, where sometimes folks don't treat furniture and fixtures with the care they deserve. Overall, this is a tough coat rack, designed to endure decades of uncaring treatment. 

Coat hangers are not included and are sold separately.
