Description

The Peter Pepper GBX4836-SM is a magnetic glass dry erase board that uses Starphire laminated low-iron glass. The glass itself is 1/4" thick with a white backing.  This is a horizontal unit that measures 48" wide by 36" high. A vertically-oriented unit of the same size is available as the GBX3648-SM. This same size is also available as the non-magnetic GB-Clear series using regular laminated glass with the slight green tint of tempered glass.  The Starphire used on this particular model doesn't have as much of a tint to it although there is still a bit at the larger sizes.

The wall mount method is the classic wall cleat and bracket arrangement.  These are also available with a stand-off mount which has a more contemporary look. With stand-off mounts, glass is inserted into a notch and tightened with a set-screw. An aluminum disk conceals fasteners.

The pen rail is natural anodized aluminum.  Note that the concealed mount uses a pen rail which is attached to the board itself while the stand-off mount separates the pen rail from the board.

A starter pack of four dry erase markers, an eraser, and five rare earth magnets is included. Additional magnets can be ordered in sets of five.
