The leg bases on Mode Tables are minimal and set back, giving you maximum room for legs and feet.  Work surface tops are 26-3/4" high, meaning "average size" people are going to find they're a good height for working on a laptop. For durability, Mode Table frames are powder coated steel with tops of either compact HPL or multi-ply with laminate veneer.
