Description

The Peter Pepper 1082 is a fiberglass trash can, available in all standard Peter Pepper colors and in rough or smooth aggregates. Please note the metallic colors and aggregates have an upcharge and that rough aggregates add approximately 4 weeks to the manufacturing time stated above.

1089 trash cans measure 16" square and stands 40" high, with a 22 gallon capacity.  The unit has (2) 8" x 11" side trash openings.

An interior liner is optional.  It measures 14" square by 26" high.

These units may also be used as recycling bins simply by adding recycling decals.

Peter Pepper Products agrees that the goods it sells will be basically as described in the Peter Pepper Products catalogs. However, Peter Pepper Products retains the right to modify or change the composition, design, sizes and appearance of the goods, if in Peter Pepper Products’ judgement, this is advisable. Peter Pepper Products warrants that the goods it sells will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the invoice date. All porcelain enamel writing surfaces are warranted for the lifetime of the original installation under normal atmospheric conditions. Peter Pepper Products does not provide any further statement of fact, promise, representation or affirmation with respect to the quality or description of the goods it sells. It is expressly understood and agreed that no other express or implied warranties of any nature, including implied warranties of fitness/merchantability apply to goods sold by Peter Pepper Products. In the event a product does not conform to the foregoing warranties, the buyer’s sole remedy will be for replacement or repair of parts, at Peter Pepper Products’ option. Any warranty claim must be made promptly by written notice to Peter Pepper Products. Any claim not made within the warranty period is waived.
